All properties listed with Fraser Gibson are advertised within the local media via publications such as the the Bucks Free Press, the Maidenhead Advertiser, and upmarket magazines such as Real Estates and Country Life.

Fraser Gibson carefully monitor advertising response and from time to time, additional local media is used at no extra cost to our clients.

National advertising
Certain properties will undoubtedly benefit from a wider exposure and we will advise on the media most suitable for your property, i.e. The Sunday Times and The Times.

Accompanied viewings
We can offer to accompany prospective purchasers to your property by a senior member of our staff.  In this way, we can relieve you of the burden of having to sell your own home whilst at the same time we are able to build up a rapport with the prospective purchaser. This often eases potential problems and assists later in negotiation.

Communication
